01Our Approach

Trend Radar, LLC maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data against unauthorized access, loss, and disclosure.

02Access Control

Access to production systems follows least-privilege principles, with authentication controls and logging of administrative actions.

03Data Isolation

Enterprise Alpha customer workspaces are logically isolated, with controls designed in alignment with the AICPA SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria for security and confidentiality.

04Data Handling

We use encrypted connections for data in transit and apply safeguards to stored data that are appropriate to its sensitivity.

05Incident Response

We maintain procedures to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents, and we will notify affected customers without undue delay where required by law or contract.

06Responsible Disclosure

Security researchers who identify a vulnerability may report it in writing to: Trend Radar, LLC, Attn: Security, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Please allow reasonable time for remediation before any public disclosure, and avoid accessing data that is not your own.

07Shared Responsibility

Customers are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys and for configuring user access within their organization appropriately.
