01Respect for Intellectual Property

Trend Radar, LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. The Service, including its software, scores, and databases, is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

02Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that material available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

04Counter-Notification

If material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that meets the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We may restore the material unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed a court action within the statutory period.

05Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

06Trademarks and Other Claims

TrendRadar and associated logos are marks of Trend Radar, LLC. Claims of trademark infringement or other intellectual property violations may be sent in writing to the address above.

07Misrepresentation

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
