Acceptable Use Policy

01Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Service and forms part of the Terms of Service. It exists to protect the Service, our customers, and third parties.

02Prohibited Conduct

You may not violate any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions, export control, and anti-corruption laws; infringe or misappropriate intellectual property or privacy rights; upload malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service; probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities without written authorization; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data belonging to others.

03Data and API Restrictions

You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the Service by means other than the provided exports and APIs; circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls; share credentials or API keys; resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute data or outputs; or use the Service to develop a competing product or to train models offered to third parties.

04Deceptive or Harmful Use

You may not use the Service to promote fraud, counterfeit goods, or products that are unlawful or restricted in the target market, or to misrepresent the provenance or accuracy of Trend Radar outputs.

05Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access, and may notify law enforcement where appropriate.
